Gissings Insurance Gissings Insurance Company is located in the City and operates a self-contained seven-floor office building employing two hundred and fifty staff. They called Warwick Cleaning after a burst water pipe flooded the upper floors of the office. After the plumber had sealed the pipe a team of our staff were onsite equipped with water suction machines to extract water from the carpets. We also cleared desks and moved all the equipment to safety. By Sunday evening all the carpets, desks and office equipment had been cleaned, all electrics tested and made safe and all paperwork etc returned to it’s correct locations. Stanhope Primary School Over a period of about six months Warwick Construction worked closely with staff to improve the general condition of the school building. We have been involved in various safety measures that have been undertaken to meet current fire regulations. In addition to the planned maintenance work, Warwick Construction also offers a competitive service for ongoing maintenance. This means a team are on hand to fix any immediate problems, i.e. leaks, glazing etc. Lakehouse Contracts Lakehouse Contracts is one of our most valued customers; they contacted Warwick Personnel requesting two skilled carpenters to work on their prestigious Geffrye Museum project. This proved to be an unusual and challenging project, and due to their superior workmanship our operatives were kept on throughout the remainder of the project, which lasted 3 months Pro Build Pro Build completes work for various local authorities and contractors and approached Warwick Logistics for help with the management of various projects. Over the last six months we have been involved in managing an assortment of briefs. Centralising the paperwork and providing a client relations representative has allowed Pro Build to focus on the delivery of quality workmanship.
